Tahra endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
All our products are made upon an order being received, due to which we are unable to accept returns.
Exchanges are possible under certain conditions as mentioned.
1. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to exchange
2. We will not be providing the exchange with an alternative product. Only exchange in case of defect or size issues in case of standard sizes.
3. Custom Made/Made to Measure orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
